WORCESTER, MASS.—The SUNY Potsdam women's hockey team (7-4-1) rallied for three goals in the third period to defeat Becker College (2-9-2) 3-1 on Sunday afternoon. Sophomore forward Lucy Condon (Kitchener, Ontario/Waterloo Ravens), sophomore defenseman Shelbi Thacker (Chesterfield, Mich./Honeybaked) and senior captain Brenna Wilson (Kanata, Ontario/Ottawa Senators) each scored for the Bears and sophomore goalie Kayla McCabe (Watertown, N.Y./Syracuse Nationals) made 22 saves to win her first career start.

Plattsburgh, N.Y. - The visiting Trinity College Bantams played the No. 3-ranked SUNY-Plattsburgh Cardinals even for two periods, but yielded three goals in the final frame to close the 2017 fall semester with a 3-0 setback in women's ice hockey action this afternoon at Stafford Ice Arena.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- The No. 2/2-ranked Elmira College women's ice hockey team put on a scoring clinic this afternoon, as the Soaring Eagles tied their season-high goal output in a one-sided 11-2 victory over Chatham University in United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) action. A total of 16 Elmira skaters produced at least one point this afternoon, while seven recorded a goal as the Purple and Gold remained perfect during the 2017-18 campaign at 9-0-0.

ELMIRA, N.Y. -- After securing the 2017 UNO Classic title with a pair of wins against nationally-ranked opponents over the weekend, the Elmira College women's ice hockey team has climbed one spot to No. 2 in both the U.S. College Hockey Online (USCHO) and D3hockey.com national polls. It's the highest the Soaring Eagles have been ranked since coming in second place in both polls on December 12, 2016.
