February 25, 2017 Johnson and Wales upsets Salve Regina in CCC quarterfinals PORTSMOUTH, RI – Three goals in the third period sent the Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey team to the semifinals of the Commonwealth Coast Conference tournament. Nicholas Gray scored with 6:33 remaining and the sixth-seeded Wildcats held on to beat No. 3 Salve Regina 4-3.

January 25, 2017 Three more schools move teams to NEHC Yesterday, Hobart announced a move for 2017-18 and today another wave of teams, the Johnson & Wales and Suffolk men and women, along with the Salem State women, announced they will also be joining the New England Hockey Conference for the 2018-19 season.

February 27, 2016 Late goal ends JUW's season at Salve Regina PORTSMOUTH, R.I. – For 55 minutes, the Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey team was deadlocked in a scoreless tie with Salve Regina during the quarterfinals of the ECAC Northeast playoffs. Unfortunately, the Seahawks broke through for the winning goal in the third period as they defeated the Wildcats, 2-0, on Saturday.
